What to expect:

Since our we are a global and remote company, most of our interviews happen online. If you are selected, we’ll arrange the interviews. Typically, we have four rounds of interviews. You’ll speak with other team members, one of our Community Leaders, your manager, plus someone from the Executive Team.

These interviews create an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We want to know about your goals, your skills and strengths, and what you believe differentiates you from other applicants.

You’ll also have the chance to ask us questions so you can bet a better feel for our culture – and what makes this an epic place to work!

Position(s)

Web developer
M1 is currently seeking an innovative, charismatic technologist to implement the company’s directives. The CTO is responsible for the overall implementation and execution of the organization’s technology needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead technology consisting of website development, ecommerce, and interactive online platform.
  • Create and/or implement web-based initiatives to support company’s key functions and vision
  • Translate company vision & strategy into tactical development plans and technology operations.
  • Coordinate activities between company departments like Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure collaboration across the organization
  • Select and manage company outsourced vendors relationship and drive maximum returns from such investments
Outcomes include:
  • Building new websites using WordPress, Javascript, SQL and/or other platforms as needed
  • Providing maintenance to existing websites
  • Updating/editing websites regularly for changes requested
  • Manage corporate social media accounts, including writing and posting blog posts when necessary
  • Other tasks, as required
  • Implementing videos into websites, youtube and social media platforms
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in WordPress required
  • Basic understanding of SEO required
  • Extensive knowledge of: HTML, CSS, and PHP and back-end web-based database management
  • Knowledge of Infusionsoft
  • Strong creative and visual design skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize work to meet deadlines

Graphic Designer & Social Media Editor

We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our brand needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.

Requirements:

  • Edit any kind of CMS like WordPress
  • Basic editorial skills and genuine care for written copy
  • Appreciate good design and understand the importance of consistency and quality
  • Excellent communication as often times you’ll need to take instructions from a diverse expert group and make sense of it all—and when you do, you’d have tripled your value as a web professional
  • Motivated self-learner. You’ll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources, you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously

 

Responsibilities:

  • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Edit internal videos for membership use
  • Create and update banners, thumbnails, celebratory images
  • Work within predetermined deadlines to delivery completed projects
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, video editors, executives etc.
Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our brand needs and to design solutions with high return & impact.

Requirements:

  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of affiliate space and how to optimize to drive performance across various affiliate models
  • Sales eye: You will also need to understand how to dig into sales data and translate it into actionable items in a framework.
  • A detail-oriented mindset is needed with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
  • 5-7+ years digital marketing experience including affiliate channel management;
  • Be sales-oriented and numbers-driven.
  • Excellent time management skills – able to work towards tight deadlines, manage multiple projects at a time, prioritize, able to see the bigger picture and formulate a strategic plan to achieve results.
  • Be a team player and excited about growing and learning in a challenging environment.
  • Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve the affiliate experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming the main link with industry partners and communicating M1 Opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team and coordinate the launch of new products to our partners and their audiences.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners and engage them regularly.
  • Being responsible and accountable to Monthly Revenue Targets. Expected to be able to review the data and provide insights on areas of improvement.
  • Research/Identify new potential partners then liaise and onboard them onto the M1 PartAffiliate Program.
  • Seek new and innovative ideas to engage with our partners, drive affiliate revenue, and support them in their growth with M1.
  • Jump on calls with potential affiliates
  • Modify accordingly and send affiliate agreement after deal is closed
  • Follow-up to receive the assets
  • Share the assets with tech so it can update the website
Tribe Facilitator

The Tribe Facilitator serves by supporting, encouraging and challenging members to be involved in the community and to cultivate their Epic lives by applying the lessons from the Whole Life Millionaire curriculum. The Tribe Facilitator reports to the Community Leader.

Specifics of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a model M1 member in all 5 pillars
  • Consistently gaining skills to grow as a leader
  • Lead Units, Pods and other initiatives as assigned
  • Increasing M1 Completion Rates
  • Ensuring a level 10 experience for Tribe members
  • Ensuring Tribe engagement across platforms, especially in our Facebook groups
  • Do Facebook lives in the Units and Tribe to engage the Tribe members
  • Facilitate Tribe building which includes: initiation process, rituals, traditions, values, maxims, engagement & recognition of success
  • Consistently using the “support, encourage and challenge” model with members in all settings
  • Consistently arrange group and individual calls with the Tribe members
  • Reporting on member feedback for all the teams involved in the program creation to improve the customer experience
  • Effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues
  • Liaise with appropriate departments as needed
