Since our we are a global and remote company, most of our interviews happen online. If you are selected, we’ll arrange the interviews. Typically, we have four rounds of interviews. You’ll speak with other team members, one of our Community Leaders, your manager, plus someone from the Executive Team.
These interviews create an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We want to know about your goals, your skills and strengths, and what you believe differentiates you from other applicants.
